Ardex award winning smoothing compound specified for luxury apartments

ARDEX UK, the trusted name in high performance specialist building materials for the flooring, tiling and rendering industries were recently delighted to supply one of their leading flooring products for a development of luxury apartments in London.

The Sphere in Canning Town, East London is a development by Hollybrook Homes, one of London's most respected residential property developers. The landmark development is within the 2012 Olympic regeneration zone, and demand for the luxurious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments is set to be high.

To complete this prestigious contract, ARDEX worked in conjunction with one of the UK’s foremost specialist flooring contractors, Floorcraft Contractors (London) Limited. The floors within the 201 apartments, which encompassed some 10,000m2, received a levelling layer of ARDEX's multi-award winning ARDITEX RS latex smoothing compound, providing the required smooth and flat surface.
