Ardex invests in Sales and Marketing

In order to keep growing as a business it is essential for ARDEX to invest in key people and provide the best possible structure to drive the business forward. To that end ARDEX are delighted to announce that Lee Kidd has joined the Company in the role of Sales and Marketing Director. Lee has extensive experience of business development in a wide variety of sectors, including time at Azko Nobel and house builder George Wimpey. These previous roles have given Lee wide-ranging experience of managing product systems through a number of channels, including working in partnership with DIY retailers, specialist builders merchants, specifiers and commercial distributors.

At the same time, David Kimber has moved to the new role of Head of Business Development.
This position will carry with it responsibility for growing ARDEX’s business in a number of sectors with particular emphasis on co-ordinating activities with major customer groups and targeting large projects. David has immense knowledge of the tiling and flooring industries and his involvement in a number of key projects will be an essential part of ARDEX’s customer offer in the future.

Further moves see Harrison Gardner being promoted to the new position of Marketing and Customer Service Manager with his role being expanded to include management of ARDEX’s Tollgate product introduction process and the creation of a new Customer Service Department, which will be progressively launched over the course of the next few months. Additionally within the Marketing Team, Laura Gaillard has been promoted to the position of Marketing Co-ordinator, where she will focus on supporting distribution with point of sale, promotional campaigns and literature.
