The CentraLine interface uses a standard web browser on any PC, either on the school’s network or elsewhere over the internet. Head teachers, administrators, caretakers and other authorised staff can easily prepare a standard schedule of rooms that will be used on each day of the week and the times they will be used. They can also change conditions instantly – from the school or remotely – as needed: a single room for a meeting; a block of rooms for an open evening; the gym for a sports event or even the whole building if necessary.

Pupils can access the system to see clearly how it controls the indoor environment to ensure their comfort while avoiding burning more fuel than necessary – such as by not heating unused rooms, by avoiding overheating and by varying the time the boiler starts each morning automatically with the weather that day. The interface is intuitive, so is very easy to use and understand.
