Winter's nearly over! Time to paint the house?

Up until now the consumer has had to wait for late spring or summer, for the good weather, at least here in the UK, to get their homes painted. Not any more!

The summer is also usually the time that builders are too busy doing extensions and other major projects; quotes and estimates take ages to come through, if at all, and some painters are far too busy working elsewhere, to do the job.
