OCS Technical's Solution For Mitsui

Leading building maintenance provider, OCS Technical, has been signed up by Mitsui & Co UK Plc to provide a range of mechanical and electrical services to its new Head Office in King William Street, London.

OCS Technical will deliver services including lighting control systems, building management systems and water treatment to the site. The new partnership with OCS stems from work completed by the company at Mitsui’s former site, where similar services were provided.

Chris Cracknell, chief executive of OCS said, “Relocating into a new building can be a stressful experience for those managing the move, but having the support and advice of trained engineers behind you, such as those from OCS Technical, can make the process smoother and provide much needed peace of mind.

“Our support allows the Mitsui management team to concentrate on core activities with the knowledge that the technical needs of their sites are taken care of. By controlling all our work from one central point we can be flexible with the contract, working around the needs of Mitsui and contributing to the smooth running of their operation. I hope that this successful partnership will continue for a long time to come.”
