SureCav cavity spacer system will save you money

SureCav cavity spacer system will save you money, guarantee clean and moisture free cavities and create 5% extra internal floor space with narrower footings.

SureCav, is a Cavity Wall Spacer System, BBA Approved 04/4154. SureCav has been developed to take the place of a backing block when building stone walls.

SureCav is made of 100% recycled plastic diverting waste from landfill or incineration. Production of the panels consumes far less energy than the production of concrete blocks.

With a weight ratio of 80/1 lighter than concrete blocks SureCav can be transported in smaller vehicles giving a saving both in fuel consumption and road use.

SureCav being light weight is much easier to handle on site than concrete blocks thus considerably reducing the risk of injury to the builder through lifting materials. The house builder gains an extra 5% of floor space or the original floor space in a reduced building footprint giving the optimal use of space.

SureCav guarantees a clean moisture free cavity and stops water penetration from wind driven rain making the building envelope much more efficient.
